Wee Revel

Common to Halfton and surrounding Footholds, the Wee Revel is a two day celebration of drinking, eating, and reveling open to all the shorter races of Grimthorn, e.g., Gnomes, Goblins, Halflings. Dwarves do not typically take part in the revelry. Though it is not a State Holiday, District law turns a blind eye to all Wee misdemeanors during these two days. This is good, because a key component to the Wee Revel are the "airing of grievances", which while entertaining and often culminating in miniature boxing matches, require the participants to forgive their counterpart when the airings are complete. Any apparent misgivings following a match are punished with shenanigans most dire.
